HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY

Purchases made between November 18 and December 30, 2018 have an extended return & exchange period through January 8th, 2019. All other terms and conditions of our return & exchange policy apply.

ONLINE RETURN POLICY

You may return any unworn merchandise with tags attached for a full refund within 30 days of receipt. Items that appear worn, washed, stained or torn will not be accepted.

Styles marked as final sale are not eligible for refund. This includes all items purchased during Black Friday and Cyber Monday Promotions. 

Digital gift cards cannot be redeemed in-store or returned.

If your purchase was made at one of our retail locations, you must return your item(s) in-store. Please reference your receipt for Baldwin’s in-store return policy.

INTERNATIONAL ONLINE RETURN POLICY

If you are returning unworn merchandise from outside of the United States, please complete the Online Return & Exchange Form and mail the item(s) to the following address:

To ensure your refund is processed in a timely manner, please include a copy of your invoice with the return.

ONLINE EXCHANGE POLICY

If you’d like to exchange your item(s) for a different size or style, please complete the Exchange/Return Form on the right. You will be notified within one business day if your request cannot be completed.

REFUNDS

If you requested a refund, we will send a confirmation email once your request has been processed. Please allow 3-5 business days from the time the return was processed to reflect on your bank statement.
